Glass engineering technical quality requirements

1. The variety and color of the glass should meet the design requirements (samples need to be confirmed by Party A or design). The quality should conform to the national product inspection standards and provide the certificate. The safety glass must have a mandatory certification mark and provide a copy of the certificate (copy should be Stamped with the supplier red stamp). 2, all kinds of glass thickness must be uniform, smooth and flat, no bubbles, water marks, cracks, scratches, chipping, corners. 3, the car side mirror must be edging. 4, the same plane of paint glass (except the design regulations) must be the same color (same as the sample), no color difference. All glass (except the regulations) shall be completely edging, and the edging shall be smooth and smooth, and no creases shall appear. 5, the exposed side of the laminated glass must be smooth and smooth, no height difference. 6. The gap between the seams or the gap glass is 1mm, the size of the seams must be the same, and the error is zero. 7. If the installation glass meets the glass embedded in the wall, the part inside the wall or the steel frame must be covered with sandpaper. 8. When installing white mirror and painted glass, the back must be full of white sticky notes.
