Recently, the weather has become warmer. After a customer's washing machine has been used for a winter season, how do watermarks and oxidation occur when processing Low-E glass?
The
suggestions below:
The
1. The cutter head has a large amount of oil and more oil. Causes incomplete cleaning of the washing stage. It is recommended to use a special cutting oil and reduce the amount of cutting oil to control its width within the range of removing the film.
The
2. The water quality of the edge mill water tank is lubricated with more microorganisms. It is recommended to add 8 4 disinfectant during maintenance. A water cycle is performed to eliminate microorganisms in the water.

3. Add a photo-electric induction flushing tube at the end of the edger to help improve the cleaning efficiency of the processor. As shown below:

4. The washing section should be cleaned with pure water. And pure water should be replaced at least 8 hours. Conventional tap water can be used for the grinding section. It is recommended to use pure water from the washing section.
