How to install and debug insulating glass machinery

(1) The site conditions should have 380V AC power supply, industrial tap water source and drainage ditch. Most of theInsulating glassThe equipment and door and window equipment are both 380V, mainly to maintain the stability of the equipment. A clean tap water source and unobstructed drainage are the guarantees for a good job in the washing machine.

(2) Properly place the feed section rack, the cleaning section rack, the drying section rack, the discharge section rack, the control cabinet and the ventilation cabinet. If it is not placed in order, it will reduce the efficiency of work, and the quality of the products will not be closed.

(3) Adjust the support to adjust the level of the whole machine, the tolerance is 1.5MM, the longitudinal 3MM (only the feed section is allowed to be higher than the discharge section).

(4) After the longitudinal level of the whole machine meets the requirements, the four-stage rack connection is fastened (the rack is equipped with a connecting bolt pair).

(5) Apply glass glue to the gap between the feeding section frame and the cleaning section frame, the cleaning section frame and the drying section frame to prevent water leakage at two places.

(6) Connect the drive systems according to relevant standards.

(7) Clean the water tank before filling the water tank.

(8) After installation and adjustment, test the vehicle according to the operation sequence specified in this manual.

(9) Do not place the small size glass piece in parallel with the transfer roller.
