Recently, it was learned from Jixian that the Pixian Glass Park Construction Project was one of the key projects of the county in 2019, and one of the “ten practical things” promised by the Jixian County People’s Government in 2019. At present, all the work has been basically completed. After the park is completed, it will become the external window of the glass industry with the theme of glass culture, national defense education and citizen leisure, adding a new cultural business card to the county glass industry and the county.
Jixian Glass Park is located on the east side of Changyuan North Road, north of Dongfeng Street, with a total area of about 220 acres. The entire park is divided into two parts. The No. 1 part is a national defense education theme park, covering the southwest corner of the original 207 new gates, covering an area of 47,000 square meters, about 70 acres. The park is divided into red cultural square, weapons square, gallery display, military culture, military and civilian culture, leisure space, red cultural sculpture wall, ecological parking lot and so on. The second part is the Jixian Glass Theme Park. The design covers an area of about 150 mu, with 207 walls in the north, existing buildings and Dongfeng Street in the south, Changyuan North Road in the west and Yangshulin in Huishan Village in the east.
Jixian CountyglassThe utensils have been produced for over 100 years and have four national brands. In 2018, the county has a total of 38 glassware manufacturers, employing nearly 20,000 people. The products have ten categories and 6,000 varieties. They are sold in more than 80 countries and regions on five continents, with an annual output value of 2.3 billion yuan. The export value of the camp was 31 million US dollars.
After the completion of the glass park, it will not only meet the needs of the general public for culture, leisure, entertainment, fitness, etc., but also have the functions of national defense culture education and glass industry development, and promote the continuous optimization of the urban environment, the continuous improvement of urban functions, and the continuous improvement of urban taste.
