The fixing point of the expansion bolts is 600～800mm. Preservative treatment before installing the glass partition.

Step 3: Main keel installation.The glass partition is fixed according to the design requirements according to the position of the split line. The main keel is fixed by 4 inch nails, and the keel should be fixed at no less than three nails at each end. The glass partition must be securely installed.

Step 4: Small keel installation.Glass partitions Fix the small keels according to the design requirements according to the position of the split line, and fix them with buckles or nails. Must be installed firmly. Before installing the small keel, you can also install the glass slot on the small keel according to the specifications of the mounting glass.

Step 5: Install the glass.According to the design requirements, it is installed on the small keel according to the specifications of the glass; if it is installed with the bead, first fix the bead on the side of the glass, and use the rubber pad to pad under the glass, and then fix the glass with the bead; if the glass is directly fixed with glass glue, The glass is first installed in a reserved groove of the small keel and then closed with glass glue.

Step 6: Glue the glass.First inglassAdhesive tape is applied around the upper edge, and various glass glues are evenly placed between the glass and the small keel according to design requirements. After the glass glue is completely dry, tear off the paper tape.

Step 7: Install the bead.Glass partitions According to the design requirements, the beading of various specifications and materials, the bead is fixed on the small keel with straight nails or glass glue. If the glass partition is not required, the 10×12mm wood bead, 10×10mm aluminum bead or 10×20mm stainless steel bead can be selected as needed.
