Glass strengthening furnace common problems and solutions

(1) Bubble phenomenon:

1 The surface of the glass is not flat: especially tempered glass. Solution: Increase the film thickness.

2 film thickness is not uniform: solution: avoid film overlap or splicing.

3 interlayer accessories have moisture: Solution: Dry the accessories thoroughly.

4 Stop the vacuum pump too early: Solution: Wait for the temperature to drop below 40 degrees to stop vacuuming.

5 vacuum bag leakage or vacuum pump failure: solution: replace the silicone bag to ensure the operation of the vacuum pump, increase the vacuum ≥ 0.094Mpa.

6 temperature rises too fast: solution: slow down the heating rate, step temperature rise, do EVA heat to 70 degrees heat for 10 to 15 minutes, then heat to 120 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, do PEV temperature to 75 degrees insulation 10 to After 20 minutes, the temperature is raised to 130 degrees for 30 to 60 minutes. The holding time depends on the thickness of the glass.

(2) Poor adhesion:

1 Processing temperature or holding time is not enough: Solution: Ensure heating temperature and holding time according to process requirements.

2 film failure: solution: to ensure the film storage environment, the whole roll is used up or sealed as soon as possible after opening, and the film is placed for a relatively long time. It is recommended to make a small sample to verify whether the film's adhesion is normal (such as edging) ).

3 The glass surface is not clean: Solution: Clean the glass oil and dust.
