After the glass is placed on the wall, under the direct sunlight, the glass absorbs the infrared light and part of the visible light, which is converted into heat energy in the glass body, which raises the temperature of the glass body and forms thermal expansion around the glass. Such asglassInlaid inside the aluminum alloy frame, the glass inlaid part can not be exposed to the same exposure outside the frame, thus causing uneven heating of the whole exposed body, internal thermal stress is formed, and thermal expansion of the central region of the glass generates tensile stress on the edge of the glass. Greater than the tensile strength of the glass, it will cause the glass to rupture. Thermal stress cracking can generally be distinguished by the following characteristics:

1. The rupture edge of the glass is neatly ruptured, the number of cracks is small, and the rupture line is a meandering single or double line.

2. The glass rupture line is generally in line with the edge of the glass, otherwise it may be due to cracking of the bending stress or defects in the edge of the glass.

3. The rupture lines in the middle of the glass are mostly arc-shaped.
